Comes from Nature

Our certified compostable packaging products are made from renewable vegetable starch derived from corn or sugarcane unlike traditional plastics that are derived from fossil fuels. Choosing compostable materials for single use packaging helps in conserving precious energy and resources.

Designed to Return to Nature

Our packaging products are truly eco-friendly because they are designed to return to nature by different disposal methods like industrial composting, biodegradation in different environments that may include soil, water or anaerobic digestion.

During biodegradation, the action of the temperature and microorganisms transform the materials into CO2, H2O and biomass, resulting in rich compost that can nourish the soil and prepare it for the germination of seeds. New plants will grow and the lifecycle will reinitiate.

What is a compostable bioplastic?

Bioplastics are Biopolymers are made essentially from a combination of PLA derived plant based starches - usually from corn or sugarcane + PBAT derived from ethanol. They break down into CO2, H2O and biomass under specific conditions by naturally occurring microorganisms without leaving any toxic residues behind.

Is Biodegradable the same as Compostable?

There are so many products out there in the market today with so many terminologies like biodegradable, oxo-biodegradable, compostable that it can get really confusing for a consumer to pick the right product or to verify if the eco-friendly claims are really valid.

Oxo-biodegradable is just a fancy term for a biodegradable product  that contains additives to break it down faster into microplastics.

Biodegradable items refer to just any material which breaks down and decomposes in the environment. They can take several years to break down and even leave toxic waste behind.

Compostable goods are are made from organic matter which breaks down completely, without leaving any toxic residues. The end product have beneficial uses which include fertilizing and improving soil health.
